MAKE YOUR DREAM HOME A REALITY
1

Selecting Your House Plan

The first step in the custom home building process is to ensure that it is designed to fit your budget and lifestyle. Then, a building consultant will ask you a series of questions to help you find which floor plan will suit your needs. You can "BOYL" or "Build On Your Land" once you find your lot or piece of land.

Before you pick a floor plan, you need to know what you want and what you need. First, you should review your current living situation and determine why you want a new home. Then establish the rooms that you wish, the specifications that you need, and the minimum requirements.

You will also need to determine how much you can afford. Knowing your budget, estimated monthly payments, and whether you will need a loan is imperative. While securing a loan, you will establish terms and get insurance for the whole building process.

2

Make It Your Own

Now that you have the best floor plan suited for your family, you will meet with your building consultant to help you add all the touches that will make your home unique. During this point, you can add granite, brick, fireplaces, marble countertops, and hardwood floors.

3

Signing The Building Agreement

Once you have agreed on a plan and the price fits what you want, you will sign the building agreements, and the construction team will work on making your dream home one of your realities.

4

Pre-Construction and Site Meetings

You will meet with a project manager at the home site and, step by step, determine all the costs for starting to build your home. You will then have a final meeting where you will give our building team the okay to start building your home.

5

Building Your Dream Home

From preparing the site, laying the foundation, framing, and mechanicals to the exterior and interior finishes, each step will be assured by your project manager.

6

Preclosing Orientation

Your builder and sales consultant will formally introduce you to your brand-new home. This is where you will go through a walkthrough to fall in love with your new home.
